PRIMARIA
HOMEROOM TEACHER
Job Description:
As an Elementary Homeroom Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, designing, and implementing diverse teaching strategies and methods tailored to the age group and curriculum objectives.
- Organizing learning resources and activities to enhance the teaching/learning process.
- Evaluating, monitoring, and reporting student progress, and offering appropriate feedback to students and parents.
- Continuously developing personally and professionally.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Pedagogy, or Teacher Certification
- Expertise in elementary-level content.
- Two years of academic experience.
- Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in software or technological tools such as MS Office, educational platforms, internet navigation, Google Workspace, and Apple Teacher.
- Knowledge of pedagogical models, learning tools, evaluation models, group management, and student and parent feedback.
- A comprehensive understanding of best practices in teaching. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and flexible availability.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Secundaria
ENGLISH TEACHER
Education & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching or related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience teaching English to secondary school students (required).
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Disciplinary certifications: TKT, ICELT, TESOL, or equivalent.
- Pedagogical approach: Skilled in active, constructivist, or project-based learning methods tailored to adolescents.
Core Competencies
Language Skills Development:
- Encourage students to strengthen all four language domains: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Design learning environments that cultivate both disciplinary and transferable competencies in English.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Propose and lead initiatives within the English coordination..
- Communicate assertively and manage emotions effectively.
- Work cohesively with teaching peers to align on goals and strategies.
Instructional Design & Classroom Management
- Plan and implement engaging, collaborative, and effective lessons.
- Maintain positive classroom discipline and strong group management.
- Support learners with special educational needs inclusively and sensitively.
- Resolve conflicts constructively, fostering win–win outcomes.
Organizational & Digital Literacy Skills
- Exhibit strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Office tools, educational platforms, and Web 2.0 technologies.
- Fully bilingual: Spanish and English.
